Garden Supplies
If you only buy one thing for your garden this year, make it high quality compost. We have it!
Our Spring shipment of soil amendments, organic fertlizers and high quality organic compost has just arrived. We also have an expanded collection of organic and heirloom variety seeds for flowers, herbs and vegetables from Southern Exposure, a Virginia company. We still have a nice selection of blueberry bushes and a few fig trees. Bedding plants should be available by March 21st.
Chickens for Sale! Fifty beautiful, healthy chicks of various varieties arrived on March 1! They'll grow up to become laying hens. We can sell you the chicks, the organic feed and build you a mini-mobile chicken house for your back yard. Move the house around your yard and they'll eat the fresh weeds and bugs. Combined with excellent organic feed, you'll have all the benefits of pasture raised organic eggs in a few months! Chickens lay about 3 out of every 4 days. We can build the right size chicken house for your house - for 2 to 8 chickens.
New Earth Farm is open every Saturday from 9 to 5 p.m., beginning March 7, and by arrangement.

Welcome, friends of the earth!
New Earth Farm & Compost Company provides natural and organic products for the farm and garden and supplies fresh vegetables from May to September both to local stores and restaurants and to Tidewater residents through a CSA. We also produce eggs and honey and blueberries!

Directions
The New Earth Farm mailbox is out next to the road at 2280 London Bridge Road, Virginia Beach, Virginia 23456 (click for Google Map). To get to the farm from this point, turn in at the Hunt Club Farm, take the first left (just past the stables) and the first left again (at the end of the lane). Ignore the "Keep Out!" signs and watch out for pot-holes!
